Title : Inside Sales Representative

Location : Hilliard, Ohio - IN OFFICE ONLY

Salary Range : $50,000 - $70,000 (based on performance)

Reports to : Sales Manager

Heels Homes is a fast-paced real estate investment company based in Columbus, Ohio. We help homeowners sell their properties quickly and without the stress of traditional listings — often assisting those facing inherited homes, financial strain, divorce, or relocation.

We’re not real estate agents — we purchase properties directly, as-is, and either renovate or resell them. Position Overview :

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in converting warm and cold leads into qualified opportunities. You’ll be the first voice many homeowners hear from our team — guiding them through early conversations, building rapport, uncovering pain points, and helping them take the next step in the sales process. You’ll work closely with our closers and acquisitions team to ensure leads are nurtured consistently and effectively.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to leads in our CRM — both warm and cold — and follow up consistently

Build trust and rapport with sellers; uncover motivation and timelines

Overcome objections and keep leads engaged over multiple touchpoints

Maintain detailed notes and accurate records in our CRM system

Schedule qualified appointments for our acquisitions team

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handoffs and strong pipeline conversion

Stay current on the local market and company offerings to speak confidently with sellers

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews

Support occasional admin or project tasks as needed

Qualifications :

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously.

1+ year of sales experience (inside sales or phone-based preferred)

Experience in real estate or investment a bonus (but not required)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High School diploma and / or Associate's degree

Self-motivated and coachable — thrives in a performance-driven environment

Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred

A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Self-motivation and drive required

Proactive and persistent in maintaining contact with potential clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
