Carewatch of Michigan is hiring a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide personalized in-home care to a client in Battle Creek, MI. In this role, you will support the client's daily routine, offer companionship, and help maintain a clean, safe, and encouraging home environment. What You'll Do

Assist with daily routines and provide friendly companionship Offer encouragement and emotional support Engage the client in simple, structured activities Prepare basic meals based on client needs Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean living space Follow the care plan and communicate any changes or concerns to agency staff

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and professional with a caring, patient attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Must pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
