🔍 SUMMARY OF ROLE :

As our MDS Coordinator (RN) , you will be a vital part of our team, contributing to the success of our community and creating a home our residents are proud of. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements as well as our facility's policies and goals.

💰 WAGE :

$40 - $45 per hour, based on experience
