Overview
A high-end design focused firm is looking for a passionate designer to join their private residential team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design and able to manage multiple luxury residential projects throughout all phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead in all phases of design, from concept to completion
- Develop design concepts and presentation materials
- Coordinate with multiple consultants and contractors directly to predict and resolve any design issues
- Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Design and construction documentation
- Research products and specifications
- Delegate work to and mentor junior staff
