Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support their General Counsel in areas such as privacy law, AI / ML regulatory issues, and SaaS commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate SaaS and enterprise contracts

Support GDPR compliance, privacy policies, and data protection agreements

Analyze AI / ML regulatory developments and advise on compliance

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record

Licensed to practice in any US state or a qualified solicitor in England & Wales

Minimum 1 year of legal experience (law firm or in-house)

Demonstrated experience with GDPR compliance and privacy law

Strong understanding of SaaS contracts and commercial terms
