Miami Traveling Butler

A loving Miami-based couple is seeking a full-time, Spanish speaking (preferred) traveling butler to support their busy lifestyles. The couple travels several times a year to the northeast and internationally. The candidate should be comfortable traveling with the couple and providing consistent service at each location. The candidate should already be local to Miami or the Northeast area. This position is hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Daily maintenance and upkeep at the current residence
  • House management skills
  • Five-star level service and hospitality
  • Travel research, arrangements, and logistics
  • Packing / unpacking for trips
  • Anticipate principal / guests' needs
  • Maintain protocols and procedures
  • Formal dining and wine service knowledge
  • Ability to make cocktails for guests
  • Gatekeeper with staff and vendors at other properties
  • Driving the principals to / from appointments, airports, etc
  • Consistently ensuring the highest level of service is provided

Requirements

  • Legal to work in the US
  • Clean and valid driver's license required
  • Hospitality background is a plus
  • Spanish speaker is preferred
  • Discretion
  • Proactive
  • Able to pivot and thrive in chaos
  • Prior experience as a butler or house manager in a private high-end home
  • Extensive travel and flexibility with schedule

    The family is offering a competitive salary of $150K++, depending on experience. Benefits to include :
