Assistant Property Manager

We're looking for an experienced, energetic Assistant Property Manager to join our award-winning team at 700 Acqua Apartments in Newport News, VA a luxury community designed for modern living.

What You'll Do
- Support leasing efforts by showing apartments, conducting tours, and creating a welcoming first impression for prospects.
- Assist with the screening and qualification process for new residents while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Help manage day-to-day operations from rent collections and move-outs to vendor coordination and work order follow-ups.
- Partner closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to deliver a top-tier resident experience.
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Lead by example, helping train and motivate on-site team members.
- Keep our community looking its best through daily inspections and attention to detail.
