Product Engineer - AuthKit

WorkOS builds tools and services for developers to help them implement authentication, identity, authorization, and overall enterprise readiness. We're a fully distributed team with employees across North American time zones. The Role

The AuthKit team is responsible for building AuthKit : a set of UI and APIs that enable B2B developers to solve identity and authentication. Our goal is to build the best possible developer and end-user experiences so customers can onboard seamlessly and kick-start their enterprise journey. We seek engineers who share this empathetic approach to solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences
• Build a deep understanding of AuthKit's place in the market and increase its adoption
• Accrete developer trust by serving a highly available and secure product
• Speak with customers regularly to get feedback, debug issues, and remove points of friction
• Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and our go-to-market team
• Work directly with leadership on green-field ideas
• Help recruit and assess future engineering team members

Qualifications

Compensation

Annual U.S. base salary $175,000–$250,000. This range does not encompass equity, health insurance, vacation time, and paid parental leave. For candidates outside the U.S., including Canada, compensation is adjusted based on local market benchmarks.
