What You Will Be Doing :

• Completing complex adjustments and research requests.
• Providing internal support to colleagues on a variety of requests including account maintenance and transactions for mutual fund back offices, account holders and financial professionals.
• Prepares, inputs and verifies transactions using computer systems, in addition to division specific systems and subsystems.
• Identifies firm trends, differences, unique processes and makes suggestions / collaborates with peers and leaders to standardize and / or streamline workflows and / or create efficiencies across firms / clients serviced.
• Sharing best practices and providing support operations teams as necessary, on where to find information in policies and procedures to find resolutions.
• Assisting in training and acting as a subject matter expert on various topics.
• Participating in ongoing training and staying abreast of financial regulatory changes.
• Assist in documentation of processes and procedures.
• Assisting with operational aspects when onboarding new clients.
• Responding to clients regarding status of requests.
• Managing multiple work queues in coordination with SLA standards.
• Providing customer service via inbound and outbound calls and email / electronic communications with clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We work within multiple transfer agent systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working from home- This position will work remotely and will require you to identify a location from which you can maintain the confidentiality of customer account information. Consistently being on camera will be required during any meetings or training.
