Scientist - Ligand Binding Assays (LBA)

Primary Duties : The Scientist for the LBA team will design, develop, qualify, validate, and implement ligand-binding immunoassays that support clinical endpoints across our client's vaccine portfolio. The role demands expertise in methods and technologies that include ELISA, RIA, Luminex, Ortho VITROS, ECL and automated platforms. The candidate will also be expected to provide mentorship and effectively supervise and train lab personnel to perform assigned tasks while ensuring applicable compliance and regulatory agency standards are met. The candidate will serve as key resource as expert technical representation within its organization and on multidisciplinary teams. This is a laboratory-based role and the candidate is expected to spent high percent time in lab.
