As a Security Officer Retail Dispatch Full-Time in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more.

As a Dispatch Security Officer with Allied Universal at a retail and mall location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for guests, tenants, and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alarm panels, managing access control systems, and coordinating communication between team members to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, remain visible to provide a reassuring presence, and respond promptly to calls for service. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential as you interact with a diverse range of individuals. Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wed 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Thur 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
