Recruiting Specialist

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to the organization.

Job duties include managing the recruiting process, providing proactive analysis of recruiting issues, identifying and implementing efficient recruiting methods, collaborating with managers to draft job descriptions, developing recruiting strategies, compiling and analyzing data for cost-efficient advertising, assisting with job posting, screening candidates, assisting with the interview process, ensuring compliance with employment laws, maintaining membership affiliations, organizing job fairs, improving the company's recruitment brand, recommending new strategies, developing working relationships, consulting on recruiting practices, hosting recruiting calls, supporting Wright's culture of safety, complying with laws and regulations, and maintaining regular attendance.

Other duties may include outside travel and being on duty during emergencies.

Job requirements include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, at least three years' experience managing recruitment and hiring, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant-tracking software, and familiarity with hiring laws and best practices. Knowledge of Spanish is highly preferred.
