Job Description

We are seeking a Project Foreman who thrives in a hands-on, on-site environment. You will be responsible for overseeing marine construction projects from start to finish. This role involves both fieldwork and desk duties, such as material ordering, record-keeping, daily logs, budgeting, and working closely with the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marine construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and lead construction teams in the field.
• Order and manage construction materials efficiently.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and daily logs.
• Create and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to ensure project alignment and success.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
