Role Description
We're seeking a Manager of Government Partnerships as we begin to expand. This is a foundational role where you'll work directly with leadership to establish Onetera as a trusted partner to cities and local agencies. You'll leverage your deep understanding of how government operates and your existing relationships to open doors, build trust, and structure partnerships that deliver real value to communities.
Who You Are
You're passionate about improving how government serves communities
You've worked in or closely with local government and understand the unique dynamics, constraints, and opportunities
You have existing relationships with city leaders and know how to build trust in the public sector
You thrive with ambiguity and can create structure where none exists
You understand that government partnerships require patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset
