Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer and in close collaboration with the SVP, Development and the Senior Director, Special Events, the Senior Director, Individual Giving and Membership, is responsible for raising close to $1,000,000 annually through direct mail, digital giving and other marketing materials by sustaining and upgrading current donors, prospecting for new donors and converting donors to members where appropriate. To this end, introducing and refining a new membership model while ensuring effective benefits fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities Include

Individual Giving :

Manage the Director of Operations and their support staff to oversee all activities supporting donors at all levels including gift processing and reporting, ticketing, membership benefit fulfillment, donor acknowledgments, invoicing and reporting.

• Manage the effective rollout of a new benefit program and a more streamlined approach to donor support.

Direct Mail, Digital Giving and Membership :

W ith the goal of raising close to $1MM in annual revenue, supervise the Manager, Membership and Digital Giving in the implementation of the program through tasks including :

Manage the Director of Research in identifying and qualifying current 92NY patrons to strategically :

Compensation Range

$100,000 - $120,000

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.
