Job Title : Workday HCM Lead Consultant
Overview
We're seeking a Workday HCM Lead Consultant to provide post-production and AMS case support across multiple customers. This role is ideal for an experienced, certified Workday professional who enjoys solving complex functional challenges and supporting a diverse client base in an ongoing managed services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support across Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules.
- Manage and resolve AMS / post-production tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and client-side teams to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Troubleshoot system issues, recommend best practices, and document configuration updates.
- Support ongoing improvements and provide knowledge transfer to clients as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across multiple accounts.
Required Skills & Experience
Workday Certified in HCM (required); Advanced Compensation and / or Benefits certifications highly preferred.5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience, including configuration and production support.Proven experience supporting multiple customers in a post-production or AMS environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple clients.We champion equality and inclusivity, proudly supporting an Equal Opportunity Employer policy.
