The role offers direct exposure to senior executives, a clear path to build and lead a team, and involvement in future system upgrades.

Primary responsibilities of the FP&A Manager role include :

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze financial and operational data to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready presentations
• Develop and enhance dashboards, management reports, and financial models
• Monitor performance against plan, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives
• Mentor and develop team members as the FP&A function grows
