Associate Tdm
The Associate TDM serves an essential role to ensure the smooth execution of program activities by organizing and managing various parts of a program to ensure its success. Partners with project team members, program managers and / or stakeholders by managing vendor relationships and contracts, assisting with procurement and licensing processes, supporting project management tasks, and coordinating communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
Vendor Management :
- Assist with managing 3rd party vendor contracts and allocations across Business Systems applications
Project Management :
Lead medium to large scale projects across the Business Systems department that have impact to multiple teamsAssist the teams with meeting deliverables, overcoming hurdles, managing sprint work, attending stand ups, scheduling touch points, etc.Provide timely project updates to key business stakeholders and monthly portfolio updatesManage and maintain MS Teams channels, teams, and Outlook distribution lists for projects across Business SystemsSupport budget allocation process as neededEvent Organization and Communication :
Collaborate with Business Systems team leads to provide project plans, roadmaps and other needed timelines for medium to large scale projectsPartner with BTS communications to coordinate events and publish content for Business Systems projectsMaintain and update email distribution lists for various teams and groups involved in Business Systems updatesAgile Iteration Management :
Assist with Jira discipline and Agile iteration management, including the initiation and closure of sprints, standards for story points, work in progress management etc.Manage the Business Systems Program Iteration (PI) planning process and all relevant activities including iteration reviewsEnsure teams have a healthy and active backlog going into the PI sessions and throughout PIAssist teams as needed with managing capacity and unplanned workQualifications
Preferred Skills / Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a program assistant / coordinator role or similar capacity.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with procurement and vendor management processes is a plus.Experience with MS Teams, Outlook, and other collaboration toolsTravel Requirements
