Dishwasher

Position Summary

The Franklin Butchery is seeking an attentive and dedicated individual to fill the role of Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter on a part-time basis. This position is well suited to candidates interested in gaining experience within a high-paced kitchen environment. The individual selected for this role will be integral to upholding cleanliness standards and supporting the efficient operation of kitchen activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are cleaned promptly and thoroughly.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and communal areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation duties as directed by senior kitchen personnel.
• Support the cleaning and organization of the butcher shop as required.
• Adhere to all established health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment.

This role is offered on a part-time basis, requiring availability for two to three  shifts per week, amounting to approximately 18-24 hours in total. Flexibility in scheduling is highly valued.
