Business Analyst II

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II-CRA Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for CRA lending, investment, and service activity monitoring

Support preparation of CRA regulatory submissions and respond to ad hoc reporting requests

Identify opportunities for process improvements and document business rules and data definitions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics, or High School Diploma / GED with 7 years of experience

Preferred experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting

Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, and SharePoint

Strong knowledge of CRA regulatory framework and compliance requirements

Ability to manage large datasets and respond to ad hoc requests under tight deadlines
