Base pay range : $17.00 / hr - $19.00 / hr

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that products meet safety, quality, and performance standards throughout their development and production lifecycle. This position is responsible for conducting rigorous quality control inspections, performing product testing, and compiling detailed data to verify compliance with legal and company standards. The technician will examine various product components, investigate their functionality and safety before reaching consumers. The role also involves maintaining and calibrating test equipment, identifying areas for improvement in testing and quality control processes, and ensuring that production rates are not hindered by testing activities.
To ensure success, this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, proficiency with testing equipment, data analysis ability, and the capacity to work independently while ensuring quality control processes do not hinder production efficiency. The candidate should have strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and excellent visual awareness, and be comfortable with industry-specific testing equipment and software.

This position operates in a manufacturing facility where employees are exposed to environmental factors such as noise, dust, odors, and temperature fluctuations. The role may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required in designated areas.
