Revenue Operations Manager
New York, NY (Hybrid) | $60–$75 / hr
Join a fast-growing SaaS-driven organization as a Revenue Operations Manager, driving sales performance, process efficiency, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, you'll optimize the sales process, enhance data integrity, and align revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and manage sales and revenue operations to improve retention and enterprise growth.
Optimize CRM and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Braze, SalesLoft) for scalability and accuracy.
Implement data governance and ensure clean, actionable insights for forecasting and reporting.
Partner cross-functionally to streamline go-to-market strategies and align financial forecasts.
Own revenue planning : headcount, territory, quotas, and compensation.
What You Bring :
5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Analytics within SaaS or high-growth companies.
Deep expertise in Salesforce and supporting sales tech platforms.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to translate data into decisions.
Proven track record improving sales productivity and revenue outcomes.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
