Our Story :

Unlocking the Ageless Revolution for Patients and Practices :

With 2 million users, over $2 billion generated revenue, and ranking among the Top 200 apps globally, RepeatMD is leading the charge as we expand into new verticals.

Today, as a B2B SaaS company in the Aesthetics and Wellness Industry, we proudly serve 4000+ practices across all 50 states and Canada.

We are looking for those who are passionate to join our mission!

About the Role

We're looking for a Staff Product Designer who's equal parts visionary and maker : someone who can set the North Star for a brand people love, and lead the hands-on work to bring it to life. You'll shape how people feel when they use RepeatMD : from first tap to lasting habit.

Design at RepeatMD isn't a layer, it's at the core of how we differentiate. You'll define what beautiful, intuitive, and emotionally resonant look like in a space that's never truly had it.

You'll own the design vision across our consumer and provider experience. You won't just delegate, you'll dive in. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the work and sets the bar by example.

You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and exec leadership to shape high-impact ideas from concept to execution, while laying the groundwork for scale through systems, team structure, and strong design ops. You should be energized by ambiguity, obsessed with craft, and relentless about quality, down to the last pixel and micro-interaction.

We move fast, care deeply, and believe that bold design is how we win.. To us, great design isn't just beautiful, it's purposeful, intuitive, and scalable.

We're looking for someone who can zoom out to shape the vision and zoom in to make sure it feels incredible.

Qualifications

We're looking for a hybrid leader-craftsman who brings :

7+ years of end-to-end product design experience

A strong consumer product portfolio. You've shaped experiences people reach for daily

A builder's mindset. You prototype to explore, test, and sell ideas, not just to polish

Strategic fluency. You connect design decisions to business goals and shape product direction

Experience with 0→1 product work in fast-moving environments

Comfort operating at multiple levels : org design to flow design, from roadmap to rollout

Strong systems thinking. You've built and evolved design systems that scale

A sharp design eye with strong brand instincts. You're fluent in emotion, energy, and detail

Excellent storytelling. You know how to sell a vision and bring cross-functional partners along for the ride

A collaborative, low-ego approach that builds clarity and momentum

Experience in consumer marketplaces, wellness, or category-defining products

NYC-based with 2-3 days / week in-office availability

What You'll Do

Own the design function across RepeatMD : from strategy to execution

Lead key design work yourself, especially early-stage, high-impact initiatives

Use motion, interaction, and prototyping tools to bring ideas to life and inspire the team

Work closely with product and engineering to shape the roadmap, define MVPs, and prototype solutions that feel amazing

Elevate our design systems and visual language across platforms

Define and champion a design-led product strategy

Build a culture of craft, creativity, and user obsession

Help shape a product that's as beautiful as it is functional : one that people want to use

What We Offer

Salary range $200,000 - $230,000 + bonus + equity

Employee Stock Option Plan

Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k

PTO

12 weeks maternity and 4 weeks paternity leave (because we know that being a parent is the most important job you'll ever have)

Annual performance reviews and professional development opportunities

Hybrid work model

RepeatMD is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We highly value diversity of thought and experience at our company and encourage people of all backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives to apply. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or other protected characteristics.
