Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Superintendent :

  • Lead daily field operations across multiple heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, project schedules, and quality requirements.
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, leadership, and clients.
  • Resolve issues on site, keeping projects moving efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Superintendent :

  • 3-5+ years of Superintendent experience in civil / heavy infrastructure.
  • Strong tenure with prior employers (no "jumpy" backgrounds).
  • Civil / Horizontal construction background required; DOT experience is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with Procore.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to projects across Cape Cod, South Shore, North Shore, and islands.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Base salary : $100,000-$130,000 (depending on experience).
