IP and Privacy Counsel

A company is looking for an IP and Privacy Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's trademark and copyright portfolios, including filings and renewals

Research restrictions and confirm use permissions for third-party assets, and negotiate content license agreements

Support privacy compliance efforts and assist with data privacy reviews and governance projects

Required Qualifications

3+ years of legal experience in intellectual property law

Strong research and analytical skills related to IP law

Experience with IP portfolio management is preferred

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or international equivalent; admission to at least one U.S. state bar
