Project Manager I Drilling (Substations)
The Project Manager I Drilling (Substations) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of drilling and foundation work within PAR Electric's Substations Division. This entry-level project management role works under the direction of senior project managers and field leadership to ensure all drilling operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications.
This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in project management within the power delivery and substation construction industry. The Project Manager I will gain exposure to all aspects of drilling operations, cost control, scheduling, and field coordination in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.
Salary range for this position will be based on experience : $85,000-$100,000.

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $85,000.00 / Yr. - USD $100,000.00 / Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
