Job Summary :

The Nursing Assistant (NA) is a crucial member of our caregiving team, providing essential care and support to our residents during each shift. You'll play a significant role in delivering resident-centered nursing care and assisting with daily living activities. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Delivering compassionate care tailored to each resident's physical and psychological needs as outlined in their care plan.
• Assisting residents with basic health care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, and documenting resident interactions accurately.
• Communicating changes in residents' conditions to the supervising registered nurse (RN).
• Supporting residents during transfers and mobility exercises, ensuring safety while promoting their independence.
• Contributing to a positive dining experience by assisting with meal preparation and serving.
• Engaging residents in wellness and recreational activities, enhancing their quality of life.
