Senior Product Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager of Retirement Distributions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for retirement distribution products, enhancing participant journeys and conducting market research

Champion the transformation of legacy distribution processes into modern, integrated experiences across digital and human-assisted channels

Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and DOL requirements while optimizing withdrawal processes and enhancing participant experiences

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred

Minimum 8 years of product management experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in retirement plan administration

Deep understanding of retirement plan regulations and proven experience with loan processing and hardship withdrawals

Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change

Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for measuring and optimizing end-to-end experience metrics
