What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Recruit, train, and develop National and Regional Broker Partners to enhance sales and service deliveryProvide enrollment support and training for new producers on their initial accountsMaintain positive working relationships with various internal departments to ensure smooth operationsAnalyze market trends and formulate effective recruiting programsHelp implement corporate strategies, including cross-selling partner productsWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in voluntary and / or employee benefits salesEstablished broker network within the mid-Atlantic territory (DC, MD, VA)Life & Health licenses required; must obtain upon hire if not currently licensedAbility to travel as needed within the defined territoryBachelor's degree preferredHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
