We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE : \n\nCollect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation\n\nAdvocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team\n\nAnalyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues\n\nIdentify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation\n\nAct as an advocate for patient safety.\n\nEnsure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.\n\nEducate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.\n\nRequirements : \n\nLicensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida , Multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required\n\nNursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.\n\n1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment preferred\n\nBLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start\n\nNIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date\n\nWhat qualifications you will need : \n
