While this role will be listed through David's hiring channels, the Commercialization Engineer (Chemical) will operate exclusively within Epogee's independent team, leadership, and mission. This role reports directly to the Director of R&D at Epogee.

We are looking for a Senior Chemical Engineer (Commercialization) to help expand EPG manufacturing and bring new processes online. You will be Epogee's expert in manufacturing operations — owning how the molecule moves from bench to full-scale production. This is a hands-on, systems-building role ideal for someone excited to translate R&D into commercial success.

What you'll be responsible for :

Process Ownership

• Become the internal expert on EPG production, including esterification and distillation systems
• Lead end-to-end scale-up at manufacturing partner sites
• Drive process optimization and ensure consistency across batches and facilities
