Precision of New Hampton is seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Automation Specialist (Torque Converter Design) to join our team and work close with the Owners and Production Teams.

Key Qualifications :

• MUST HAVE... Torque Converter Design : Expertise in designing or optimizing torque converters for automotive or industrial systems.
• MUST be a US Citizen or already have US Work Visa / Green Card
• Mechanical Aptitude : Strong problem-solving with hands-on mechanical experience.
• G-Code & Ladder Logic : Proficient in CNC programming (G-code) and PLC programming (ladder logic).
• AI Proficiency : Experience applying AI tools in industrial or mechanical contexts.
• Metallurgy Knowledge : Understanding of material properties and applications.
• Torque Converter Design : Expertise in designing or optimizing torque converters for automotive or industrial systems.
