Earn up to 40.00 per hour plus mileage (crew leaders) and bonus opportunity : Over 100k per year

Craftsmanship : Experience in concrete work or coatings and a keen eye for detail.

Enthusiasm : Genuine passion for making spaces look remarkable and engaging.

Team Player : Collaborative spirit, eager to learn, and ready to dive into projects.

Reliability : Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.

Crew Lead Installers MUST HAVE :

Pick up truck 7 years old or newer and can pull a 5,000 pound trailer

A can-do attitude with a focus on personal accountability and dependability

Availability to work Mon - Sat

Our day begins at 7 am and typically ends at 4 pm.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week

Schedule :

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed

Work Location : In person / Jobsite
