This is a role for an attorney with civil litigation experience to focus on legal research and writing in complex class action and multidistrict litigation (MDL) matters. The firm is committed to providing training in specialized areas, making this an ideal position for those looking to expand their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft persuasive legal briefs, motions, and memoranda for class action and MDL cases
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex civil litigation issues
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments
• Review and analyze discovery materials, depositions, and expert reports
• Ensure all written work complies with court rules and procedures
