Responsibilities Float pool role providing Labor and Delivery care across multiple hospital sites in Oregon Patient ratios are 1 : 1 to 1 : 2 for both day and night shifts Night shifts with options for 36 or 48 hours per week Required to float within and between different hospital locations as assigned Epic EMR experience required Every other weekend shift required RNs refusing to float as assigned will have contracts cancelled Completion of assigned educational modules required before and during orientation Completion of an Epic Test Out Module required; additional training will be assigned if not passed One professional reference from a recent Charge, Supervisor, or Manager required No RTO allowed in the first two weeks of assignment; max of 7 days RTO permitted Return staff must have a one-year separation from previous employment Requirements Active OR RN license or proof of application required prior to start Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP Epic charting system experience required MFTI certification preferred Previous travel nurse experience preferred Must not reside within 50 miles of any facility location COVID vaccination required with no exemptions Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-600141.
