Job Description

Employees are required to work on-site.

We have an immediate need for a Level One Systems Engineer for the following tasks for a manufacturer in the southeast WI area :

• Able to work the IT systems required for the infrastructure of a major manufacturer
• The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with end users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications
• The design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs; including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications
• Monitor infrastructure and server performance; remediate issues
• Checking the status of projects and work assignments through completion.
• Preparing reports for management; preparing general and detail designs
• Work as team with technical support and systems engineering staff
• Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts and procedures as appropriate to project requirements
• Provide technical input to other areas, gather, and document technical data.
• Plans and executes testing and implementation of systems
• Develops, implements, and tests all system implementations within customer area or within Information Technology
• Assist the internal IT department with strategic development approaches
• End-user interfacing for the purpose of support and implementation of new systems and trouble-shooting problems with existing systems
• Some travel may be required.

The pay is based on the local market and on the skills that the individual brings to the opportunity. Base pay for this role is $75,000 / yr-$100,000 / yr DOE.
