Overview
Assistant Community Manager at Related Affordable (Related Management Company). This is a 219-unit affordable housing community in Hershey, PA. You will support the daily operations, collaborate closely with the Community Manager, and help maintain a well-functioning, welcoming environment for residents. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing leasing activities, marketing efforts, resident recertifications, and general administrative duties to ensure efficient community operations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, aid in rent collection, and assist in managing delinquencies to maintain the financial health of the community.
- Address resident concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive living environment. Assist in organizing resident appreciation and retention events to build community spirit.
- Ensure adherence to affordable housing program requirements (e.g., HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC) by maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance audits.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and high-quality property upkeep, contributing to a safe and pleasant living environment.
- Assist in preparing reports to monitor community performance and identify areas for improvement.
Compensation
$19.00 / hour - $21.00 / hourAnnual Performance BonusCompensation for this position is dependent on a variety of factors, including individual qualifications and geographical location. The range provided is intended to offer a general guideline and may vary based on these factors. Final compensation offers will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of the candidate's background and the specific requirements of the role.
