Position Overview :

The Head of Product Design for Passes will lead the design team responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences for our Passes products. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate across departments to bring exceptional products to market.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Leadership :

Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Develop and articulate a clear design vision and strategy for Passes products.

Ensure design consistency and coherence across all Passes products and platforms.

User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design :

Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation.

Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.

Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Collaboration and Communication :

Work closely with the engineering team, product team, operations teams and other stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals.

Present design concepts and solutions to executive leadership and gather feedback to refine the design approach.

Advocate for user-centered design practices within the organization.

Innovation and Trends :

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our Passes products remain cutting-edge.

Identify opportunities for innovation and drive the exploration of new design ideas and concepts.

Quality and Consistency :

Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure a high level of design quality and consistency.

Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design excellence.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful products.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX / UI design, with a focus on mobile and web applications.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach to design.

Preferred :

Experience in the Creator Economy.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
