Title : UI / UX Developer

Location : Woodland Hills, CA

Pay Rate : $63 / hr

Hybrid(3 days in Office and 2 days remote.)

Description :

We are looking for strong UI / UX Developer resource to join our onsite team. Should have strong Angular UI development

Key Responsibilities :

" Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring a seamless user experience.

" Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.

" Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.

" Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

" Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.

" Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring design consistency and quality.

" Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.

" Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions and optimizations.

" Ensure that design guidelines and standards are implemented consistently across various platforms.

Qualifications :

" Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

" 10+ years of experience in UI / UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences.

" Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

" Strong expertise in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS.

" Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

" Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

" Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

" Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.

" Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

" Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process is a plus.
