Job Description :

Labor Finders of Lake City is currently hiring dependable, safety-minded Flaggers to join our team. Flaggers play a critical role in maintaining the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians in and around construction zones.

Don’t have a certification? No problem — we will help you get certified.

Responsibilities :

Safely direct and control traffic in active work zones

Set up and maintain signs, cones, and other traffic control devices

Communicate clearly with team members and the public

Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times

Follow all safety procedures, site-specific rules, and company policies

Requirements :

Must be 18 years of age or older

Reliable transportation to job sites

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in all weather conditions

Strong communication skills and professional attitude

Must pass a drug screening (paid for by the employee)

Flagger certification preferred but not required — we will assist with certification for qualified candidates

Preferred Qualifications :

Current and valid flagger certification

Experience working in construction, roadwork, or traffic control

Familiarity with MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) standards

Work Schedule :

Schedules vary based on project needs. Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
