Are you a friendly and outgoing individual looking to make a difference in your community? Join the Weed Man Lawn Care team as a Door-to-Door Canvasser in the Lawn Care industry! In this exciting role, you will be the face of our organization, engaging with residents in a fun and meaningful way.

Your main goal will be to raise awareness about our services and gather valuable feedback from the community. This position offers you the opportunity to work independently while also being part of the dynamic Weed Man Lawn Care team. If you enjoy meeting new people and believe in the importance of connecting with your community, then this is the perfect role for you!

With a focus on excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will help us spread the word about our mission and the positive impact we make. We believe that your enthusiasm and dedication will play a vital role in growing our presence and enhancing our relationships within the community while earning a great income..

Responsibilities

  • Engage with residents in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Promote our services (No Selling) and programs effectively during canvassing Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
  • Collect valuable feedback and insights from the community.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and information gathered.
  • Report on progress and challenges to your supervisor regularly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Success is in the details!

  • Knock on 150 to 155 doors per day
  • Have 40 to 45 conversations per day (about 3 minutes long each conversation)
  • Generate 13 to 15 leads per day
  • Inside sales contacts YOUR leads and you receive a commission on sales

    • Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a Team.
  • Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable transportation to travel within designated areas.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking long distances.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
