The Nurse Manager plays a key leadership role within the nursing and clinical teams, overseeing daily clinical and operational functions to ensure seamless patient care across the care continuum. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of managing both clinical excellence and operational performance, all while ensuring that patient care remains the top priority. This individual will :
