We're looking for an experienced Director, People Services to lead our Americas (AMS) team as part of the People Operations organization. Reporting to the Global Director, People Services, you'll be based in San Jose, CA (with in-office work Tuesday-Thursday) and be responsible for :

• Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for People Services in the AMS region to deliver frustration-free candidate and employee experiences with optimal cost efficiency and compliance
• Leading core HR and Benefit Operations within AMS, ensuring these programs are seamlessly run, compliant, and optimized for strong user experiences
• Building and growing an agile team culture through globally standardized but locally relevant processes, systems, and structure
• Partnering with People and Culture Leadership to ensure the Services team is enabling AMS business strategy with quality and scale, while identifying and implementing opportunities for shared services
• Driving continuous improvement programs and leading service / system launches by collaborating with People Operations Leadership, IT, and Finance

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range $168,000 - $240,000 USD
