Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team and support a wide array of surveying and mapping services across Florida (and beyond). With over seven decades of combined expertise, our team delivers high-precision results for both public and private projects. If you're passionate about fieldwork and cutting-edge surveying technology, this role offers both challenge and reward.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct boundary surveys to accurately define property lines, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating disputes.
  • Perform topographic surveys to map terrain contours and features, supporting engineering and construction planning.
  • Execute construction surveys, including layout and staking, to ensure structures are built according to design specifications.
  • Lead hydrographic and bathymetric surveys, mapping underwater topography—essential for coastal and marine development projects.
  • Set up geodetic control networks, establishing reference points critical for large-scale mapping accuracy.
  • Utilize advanced technologies including multi-beam sonar, side scan sonar, and UAV / drone aerial surveys to capture detailed data across land and underwater terrains
  • Support projects through equipment rental operations, including airboats and marsh masters, when specialized tools are needed.
