RESIDENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market is currently seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Branch Operations in our SOUTHEAST REGION . This position would oversee branch locations in GEORGIA, TENNESEE & ALABAMA . This position would require a candidate that is open to regional specific travel up to 50% of the year. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company who designs, manufactures, sells and installs the PATIA ENCLOSURES sunroom and STANEK window products.

Responsibilities

• Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
• Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process.
• Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
• Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.
• Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.
• Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
• Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products.
• Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.
• Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
• Meet with customers to review difficult and / or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.
• Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.
