Overview
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor / Manager to support and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in our cosmetics production facility. This role works closely with the Production Manager, QC, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth factory operations, efficient use of equipment and materials, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate overall plant operations, including machine utilization, workflow, and shift performance.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are aligned to meet production schedules.
- Track production metrics (output, downtime, utilization) and report to management.
- Support Production Manager in improving efficiency and reducing bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company operating procedures.
- Collaborate with QC and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Provide training and guidance to operators and support staff.
