Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring a MO or compact RN license, ACLS / BLS certifications, and 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Cath Lab of a hospital setting

Day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 07 : 30 to 16 : 00, Monday through Friday

Frequent call required, 6-8 shifts per 4 week period

Weekend coverage required, 4-5 shifts per contract

Uses Epic EMR with prior experience preferred

Local candidates within a 50 mile radius accepted at a reduced rate

Participate in Cath Lab procedures and provide specialized cardiovascular patient care

Required to complete non-billable facility modules during orientation

Two professional references are required for consideration

Modules for facility systems and protocols will be provided during onboarding

Candidates must provide a copy of their driver's license and social security number for compliance

Requirements

Active MO or compact RN license required prior to start

Current ACLS and BLS certifications required

A minimum of 5 years RN experience required

Prior Cath Lab nursing experience strongly preferred

Travel experience preferred

Epic charting experience preferred

No first time travelers will be considered

Candidates must have been separated from prior employment at the facility for at least one year before returning as a traveler
