Our client, an Industrial Distributor and manufacturer, is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer / Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong background in CNC programming, shop management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of leading a team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program CNC machines (Miyano BNC34, Fadal, Haas) and interpret blueprints / GD&T
- Manage shop operations, including job estimation, production scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Supervise and train machinists, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
- Generate accurate quotes and estimates based on customer requirements
- Maintain quality assurance and implement cost control measures
- Operate and maintain 3D printers (Creality, Phrozen, Sonic Mega)
- Utilize software tools such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, Surf Cam, and Predator
