Senior Accountant
We are working with a growing company (professional sports / e-commerce) that is looking to add a Senior Accountant. The company is located in Dallas and is going through tons of growth - Company is targeting $100 million in revenue this year and $125 million next year. They currently have just over 100 employees and are owned by a very successful Dallas based investment group. This position pays 95K-100K and offers a Hybrid work set up.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Participate in monthly close process, including preparing reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, overhead allocations, etc.
- Consolidate subsidiaries and make elimination entries, as well as inter-company billing and allocations.
- Prepare audit schedules as needed for external audit, including financial statement and tax audits.
- Assist with other assignments and ad hoc projects as needed.
- Prepare month-end journal entries to accurately record accounting transactions which include payroll, prepaid amortization, other expense accruals, corporate allocations, reclassifications.
- Perform bank account reconciliations.
Qualifications :
