Library volunteers will work with Library staff to perform a variety of library related tasks. Volunteers may work with patrons, assist with special projects and community events.
Responsibilities include :
- Greet and direct library patrons.
- Search for requested items on Hold List.
- Assist patrons in locating materials on the shelves.
- Assist with book inventory.
- Assist with the repairing of damaged materials as directed by library staff.
- Assist library staff with preparing for special programs, operating programs for all ages, crowd control and program sign-in.
- Assist with clean-up after Library programs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Adults 18 and over : Commit to a minimum of 2 to 3 hours per week for at least six months.
Minors 17 And Under : Commit to a minimum of 2 to 3 hours per week for at least three months.
